I Love Peppers

I just love peppers. They are just prolific this year. The bells are huge and the others I don't even know what they are but taste as good as bells or bananas. The Jalapenos are the most prolific and produce such an a abundance it is hard to keep up with.

My Dehydrated Stuff

Almost Sick of Looking at Produce!

We picked 50 lbs of tomatoes since last Thursday. Got the last of the sweet corn, ended up with 13 dozen ears in all. 105 lbs of potatoes from planting 15 lbs of seed spuds. Every time I get everything down to a few pounds of stuff, we go out and bring home more to find something to do with it:

Digging Potatoes

Dad dug 2 rows of potatoes last night ended up with 45 lbs. That means that if the other 5 rows produce at the same rate will end up with over 150 lbs. HOLY CRAP, what will I do with all those potatoes!

Stuff Just Keeps On Coming

We picked our first corn today, got about 9 ears I think and the pinto beans are starting to dry, I found about a half a bowl full today. This doesn't include the green beans which are being popped but got another 10 gallons which makes 26 gallons in one week:
