More Stuff from the Garden
We planted squash b/t the corn rows to deter coons from eating the sweet corn. No raccoons got into the garden, so don't know if the fence or the squash is what worked but now have this:

Mmmmm. Squash.
So I guess you all like squash? I have never eaten it. What does one do with it?
My mom cooked them in the microwave. She cut them in half and covered them in butter and cinnamon. They ended up sort of the consistency of mashed potatoes and we just scooped them out of the skin to eat them. You could always search allrecipes.com for ideas, too.
